Greenspoon Marder Partner Adam G. Wasch Appointed to Marketing Committee in ABA Forum on Franchising

Boca Raton, Fla. – March 7, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder partner and Franchise Law practice group co-chair Adam G. Wasch has recently been appointed to the Marketing Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) Franchise Forum on Franchising. This formal leadership role carries a two-year term and focuses on raising awareness of the Forum of Franchising, while promoting professional development experiences and large-scale events to continuously build professional relationships and connections. According to the ABA, the mission of the Forum on Franchising is to be the “preeminent forum for the study and discussion of the legal aspects” of issues related to franchising.

Mr. Wasch concentrates his practice on franchise law matters, including counseling startup and emerging franchise brands, private equity companies, franchise developers, and franchisors across the country in a variety of industries such as health and wellness, fitness, QSR, fast casual restaurants, education, home services, and pet services. Mr. Wasch regularly represents regional, national, and international franchisors in all capacities including compliance with state and federal franchise disclosure and sales laws, strategic growth strategies, dispute resolution, trademark and branding issues, and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his practice at Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Wasch is an adjunct professor at FIU College of Law where he teaches franchise law. He is a sought-after legal podcast guest and has been quoted in numerous franchise trade publications. Mr. Wasch is a recent past participant in a franchise-related ABA Continuing Legal Education webinar and regularly blogs about hot franchise topics.
